About the Role
As a Customer Experience & Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting CareGard’s agents and dealers. You’ll build strong relationships, lead onboarding, address partner needs, and help drive operational excellence across the business.

As a Customer Experience & Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting CareGard’s agents and dealers. You’ll build strong relationships, lead onboarding, address partner needs, and help drive operational excellence across the business.
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agents and dealers
- Lead onboarding and support partners throughout the customer lifecycle
- Resolve issues quickly and deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, claims, and operations teams to support partner needs
- Assist with product launches, process improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives
- Review and distribute monthly commission statements and support data accuracy
- Contribute to reporting, business reviews, and performance insights
- Manage the Support inbox, onboarding documentation, and marketing material requests
- Experience in account management, customer success, or a client‑facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable partnering across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience in automotive, warranty, insurance, or F&I
