The Agent Growth Manager will focus on helping agents train, sell, and vet new dealers while driving increased product sales and adoption with existing agents. This position plays a strategic and hands-on role in growth enablement, training, and sales execution.

Top Responsibilities:
- Partner with agents to train, coach, and guide them on effective sales techniques, product positioning, and dealer acquisition strategies.
- Vet new dealers to ensure alignment with company standards, compliance requirements, and performance expectations.
- Drive product sales growth through active support of agent-led initiatives and promotion of new and existing aftermarket programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales within the automotive or F&I industry.
- Proven understanding of aftermarket products, dealership operations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of product implementation and sales rollout processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal business units and external partners.
- Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving, with a proactive approach to achieving growth outcomes.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
