Right now, we are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow their career while contributing to a close-knit team focused on delivering accurate and timely financial results.

The Staff Accountant will support the Corporate Accounting department by assisting with key accounting processes, maintaining strong attention to detail, and communicating effectively across teams. This position plays an important role in supporting the financial operations of the organization while contributing to the overall success of the accounting team.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing general accounting duties including participation in the monthly close process, commission accounting, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and audit support. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.


Required Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of general financial accounting principles.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Highly proficient with accounting software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  •  Must be able to work onsite in Grapevine, Texas

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required

  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience required

  • Equivalent professional accounting experience may be considered in place of a degree

Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000
Location: In Office ( Grapevine, Texas)
