What You'll Do
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Additional hourly premium available for active ASE Certifications (A1-A8).

What You'll Do
- Review and adjudicate claims according to contract terms and ancillary policy coverage.
- Verify submitted repair claims and confirm eligibility for coverage.
- Process approved claims and document all activity within the claims management system.
- Communicate with repair facilities regarding repairs, diagnostics, coverage questions, and claim payments.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding claims and coverage.
- Work closely with other adjusters and departments to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, spreadsheets, and follow-up activities.
- Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service throughout the claims process.
- Automotive industry experience required.
- Service Advisor, Parts, Warranty, or Technician experience preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repairs and automotive systems.
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Additional compensation available for bilingual (Spanish/English) employees.
- Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, TX.
