About You
You are a sharp, problem-solving professional ready to take your technical claims knowledge to the next level. You have a strong understanding of ancillary policies and contract coverage, but you also possess the analytical skills required to dive into more complex claim reviews, investigations, and technical evaluations. You balance standard claim processing with advanced, specialized scenarios, using your expertise to make fair decisions. You are a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains meticulous records, and values continuous professional development and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand ancillary policies in order to adjudicate claims
- Verify submitted claim requests to ensure they comply with terms of contract coverage
- Process verified claims in the online portal, including documenting all communications
- Work directly with repair facilities providing payment on approved claims
- Answer internal/external claim and coverage inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax
- Work with other adjusters and departments to ensure accurate and timely customer service
- Maintain accurate record keeping, including data entry, analysis, and follow-up tracking
- Meet 5 Star Google Review Requirements per company policy
- Assist with investigation, evaluation, and resolution of complex claims within defined authority limits (up to 50% of workload)
- Analyze claim data and supporting documentation to ensure validity and adherence to company procedures
- Apply technical knowledge to support fair and timely claim decisions
- Partner with leadership and team members on complex claim scenarios as assigned
Qualifications:
- Work onsite Monday - Friday (Grapevine, TX)
- Must possess at least 1 active ASE Certification (A1–A8)
- 2 years experience as a technician
- Ability to type 30 WPM or greater
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clearly communicates information to callers and accurately obtains all required information
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook products
- Data Entry (accuracy a must)
- Reliability and dependability are a must in this position
- Bilingual - Spanish/English (preferred)

Pay Range: $18-27
PLUS addition $$/hour for active ASE (A1-A8)
